James Tice
Vice President, Manufacturing
I started my career as a cabinetmaker in 1978 at Kountry Kraft Kitchens. After a large downsizing that same year I started at Richmaid Kitchens, worked as foreman until 1984, and in 1985 I started at Adelphi Kitchens in the cutting and framing department. Later adding purchasing, research and development, and CNC programing, in 2015 I moved to Vice President of Manufacturing. I have enjoyed working with many skilled wood workers and material vendors over these 40 years and I’m sure there are still many more exciting things to come.
Mark Wagner
Plant Manager
One week after graduating High School, I started working at Adelphi Kitchens and Cabinetry. I’m also a graduate of Vo-Tech West in the Carpentry/Millwork Field. In 1986, I left the company to pursue other interests. I returned in 1999 as the Dealer Services Manager and in 2015, I was promoted to Plant Manager. 2018 marked my 30th year with the company.
Nadia Waltz
Director of Business Development & Client Relations
After several years of experience working in Public Relations, Event Planning and Management, I started to design for Adelphi Kitchens in 2003. I didn’t have kitchen design experience at the time, but fit the “willing to train the right person” role. Designing beautiful spaces within Kitchen/Bath Industry came naturally, but what I enjoyed as much were the relationships I built. Later I accepted a position as a Sales Representative for Adelphi Kitchens and while I truly enjoyed the relationships I was forming, I couldn’t escape the natural part of me that hungers for creativity. As a strategic thinker and visionary I found myself voluntarily involved in the Business entity of the company. Sharing my perspectives and ideas led to more responsibility in the development facet of the business and in 2018 I was officially offered the position as Adelphi’s Director of Business Development and Client Relations.
Guy Templin
Operations Manager
I began with Adelphi in December 1984. Currently I am the Operations Manager with oversight in Information Technology and Human Recourses.
Thomas Schoener
Shipping Manager
In 1988 I started Adelphi working on the dock and driving trucks. In 1997 I began processing all repairs and miscellaneous orders, making sure they were completed on time and sent back to the dealers in a timely matter. In 2001, truck, dock and new order schedules and deliveries were added to my responsibilities. Since the beginning of my time at Adelphi, I have met and worked with many people from all over the country. I take pride in the relationships I have with our dealers and customers, knowing that they can always contact me with any of their issues, and I will do whatever it takes to answer their questions and satisfy their needs.

Cabinet Door Specialist
I worked retail in the Tech departments selling PC’s, cameras and such, and also repairing computers on the side before starting Adelphi Kitchens at age 21. Since then I’ve worked nearly every position in the office environment including most technology repairs. Even though it is a somewhat small portion of my work, my unique specialty here is with our outsourced doors, drawers, and wainscots… earning the moniker “Dave the Door Man”. In 2014 I was promoted to the position I now hold and am responsible for overseeing all daily office happenings, along with still performing (as needed) many of my old duties from the past decades as well.
